The Terms and Conditions below are a conclusive legal agreement between Ultraguard in UAE (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and the person or organization sub-commissioning automotive services (hereinafter referred to as the Customer). The words are also customized to suit the legal and environmental needs of the United Arab Emirates and the GCC region at large, so as to show transparency and security to both parties.
Ultraguard in the UAE market is an automotive protection company that offers premium quality automotive protection products, such as the use of Lubrizol, PCDL, Wanhua, BASF Aliphatic TPU Paint Protection Films (PPF), Ceramic Coating, and special window tints.
Installation Standards: Our technicians rely on a blend of accuracy of digital plotting and handwork. The Customer agrees that PPF is a practical protective coating; although we do our best to eliminate any flaws, small dust particles, or slight orange peel effects or silvering can be found under the microscope, which are regarded as typical features of the curing process in humid and high-heat conditions in the industry.
Curing Period: Once it has been installed, it has a time of curing period of 7 to 15 days, depending on the season. The small bubbles of moisture can be observed during this period and will disappear automatically once the film has been pierced by the breathable pores.
Early Estimates: All of our initial quotes are made using the common categories of vehicles and can be changed after a physical inspection, offered either through our website or on the phone.
Paint Condition: We do a required pre-inspection to record the existing lot of stone chips, scratches, and repainted panels. Ultraguard (UAE) does not warrant the paint damage, peeling, or lifting of the paint during the installation and removal process when the vehicle is not factory painted, aftermarket resprays, or already oxidized on the surface.
Trim and Badges: The Customer agrees to the deletion and re-fitting of emblems, badges, or any minor trim elements where it is needed to attain a smooth, tucked-in finish.
Deposit Requirements: In case of a booking in extensive packages (e.g., Full Body TPU Zenith), a deposit of 20 percent to 50 percent might be non-refundable to facilitate the allocation of materials and schedule.
Full Settlement: Full payment must be made at the point of completion of services before the release of the vehicle from our facility.
Storage and Lien: The vehicles that are not received within 48 hours after the receipt of the completion notification will be charged AED 100 per day. According to the UAE Commercial Law, the Company has a legal right of lien on the vehicle, and thus, we may keep it until all the outstanding invoices are paid in full.
Our high-quality films are supported by warranties (5, 10 years, or Lifetime) by manufacturers against yellowing, cracking, and adhesive breakdown.
Strict Aftercare: To ensure that the warranty has been used, the Customer should not wash the vehicle within the first 7 days after the installation.
Prohibited Actions: The warranty will be strictly set aside in the event of:
Transferability: Warranties are transferred unless otherwise stated in writing to the original Customer, and to the particular Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
Personal Property: Before drop-off, the Customer must remove all his/her valuables, including cash, electronics, and sunglasses. Ultraguard in the UAE will not pay any loss or damage to the goods left in the vehicle.
Mechanical and Electronic Problems: Although we exercise the utmost care, the Company does not bear responsibility in terms of mechanical problems or glitches in electronic sensors, which have nothing to do with the protection service being offered.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible due to the delays or failure occasioned by some occurrences which are beyond our power, sandstorms, flash floods, or a disruption in the supply chain of importing premium TPU films.
The federal laws of the United Arab Emirates are the only laws that control these Terms and Conditions. Any conflict, argument, or claim that may emanate from these terms shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. In case of no resolution being possible, the issue will be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai (or the particular Emirate where the service was delivered).
